Terms of Sale:
- Cash with order, or C.O.D. (Cashier's Check)
- Company/personal checks accepted with signed & approved
check approval form
- C.O.D. fee of $6.50 per order
- Visa & MasterCard accepted - we must have credit card authorization
on file
- Open accounts available with approval. Terms: net 30 days with
signed & approved credit application
- Past due account supplied on a C.O.D. basis only
- A 1-1/2% per month surcharge will be assessed on past due accounts
- All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service charge
Returns & Credit
- No returns or credits accepted without prior approval from Sign
Stop Supply
- Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 10
days or receipt of goods
- Credit for incorrect merchandise and freight charges applied
upon return of goods
- Returns for credit will be assessed a 20% re-stocking charge
- No return for credit will be accepted after 30 days from receipt
of goods
- All returns must be shipped pre-paid
- Vinyl orders of less than 10 yards are not subject to return
- All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization
number (RMA) whick is to clearly indicated on the shipping label.
Goods returned not showing an RMA number may be refused.
Warranty:
No warranty ether expressed or implied is offered by Sign Stop
Supply, other than those offered by the manufacturer. Under no circumstances
will Sign Stop Supply be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or
consequential damages of any kind arising out of the use or the
inability to use Sign Stop Supply products. Sign Stop Supply's obligation
under this warranty is limited to the replacement of or credit for
the product only.
Quantity Discounts:
Please contact your Sign Stop Supply sales respresentative for
information on our volume discount program.
Shipping Policies:
- $15.00 minimum order
- Custom pick-up order ready within 2 hours
- Cut-off time for same day shipments is 2:00 pm
